Counseling

Take My Hand Counseling Ministries provides counseling and education services to Christians and non-Christians alike for:

Individuals - interpersonal relationships, trauma, employment, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, stress, substance abuse, sexual addiction, physical, mental, or sexual abuse, sexual identity/orientation and phobias.

Couples - conflict resolution, financial problems, sexual issues, sexual addiction, affairs, separation and/or divorce, communication skills, blended families, premarital issues.

Alcohol/Chemical Dependency - counseling  and referrals to recovery groups.

But people who go to counselors are mentally "messed up", aren't they?  Not necessarily.  However, no one is perfect.  Many of us have some aspect of our lives that isn't going as well as we'd like.   Some will choose to "tough it out" on their own believing that "it's not that bad".  Others will decide that they want to take their life to "the next level" and see some counseling / coaching as the most direct route.  Temperament Therapy is well suited for that.  Temperament Therapy is aimed at expressing the person you were made to be in a way that's satisfying to you and to the people with whom you have relationships.  More on Temperament Therapy....  The best part is that living within your God-given temperament is easier than you think!
